Some people choose to train every week or even day, others simply use the service once a month to keep them on the right track and learning new exercises while making sure everything they do in their own time is both safe and effective.

Workouts with me could involve anything from weight, boxing and running to streching or abdominal exercises.

The first few sessions will give me a chaince to see what your strengths and weaknesses are and what your fitness level are like.Don`t worry your will never be given anything  to do that your are not capable of, although some of it will definately be tough.

Training under supervision is not only more productive, but also much safer, as your Personal Trainer is fully qualified to train people with range of conditions.
